Private tour guide in Kaohsiung

I, an old Japanese male, will travel to Kaohsiung from June 3rd to June 5th. I’m intended to go around sightseeing at famous places in the city and suburbs and intended to visit port to have tuna dishes for it is the season now. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Chinese and Mandarin, so I need a guide who takes me those places and explain me in those places in detail by Japanese or English, and interprets for me at needed.
