■Main activities ・Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. ・Initiates and coordinates business event/net working events for new prospect clients ・Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. ・Communicate with business units(operation teams) closely, in order to implement client's request ・Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses. ・Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance. ・Closed sales has to handed over to operations team, follow up with the operation team if client's contact person is a Japanese ・Account Management - handling various clients & managing relationships ・Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of FESCO Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients. ・Accurate sales forecasting, understanding of the HR market trend (Japanese companies) in China
